I've been meaning to try making vegetable puffs using frozen puff pastry dough for... oh... two years now. Finally did it this evening with a simple potato, peas and carrots filling. They were delightful.

A move across the country to the bay area and freshly out of a job can get a girl in all kinds of trouble. This documents a few adventures, big and small... mostly small. And mostly in the kitchen, it would seem. What I really want from this blog is for someone to recognize that I need a good camera and to get me one. And to spring for some photography lessons.
